Welcome to the Southwestern Indiana Friends of NRA home page. Our committee is happy to have you visit, and hope that we'll get to see you face-to-face at one of our events. If you're not familiar with Friends of NRA, you might want to check out the national Friends of NRA Site. In short, the Friends of NRA is a branch of the NRA Foundation, raising money for the NRA's education and training endeavors. Half the money raised by each state remains in that state, funding scholarships, range safety improvements, training seminars, and other worthwhile projects. The other half is used to fund projects on the national level.
Our committee is proud to be one of the largest and most successful in Indiana, taking awards the last several years running for having the best attended banquets, with the most funds raised. And I'm happy to say that we have a lot of fun doing it. Click the links on the left, and you'll see what we mean.
